We offer services in two main areas: design and training.  We offer design services for documents, presentations and marketing formats for business, personal use and events. Our training is focused around the computer:  learning computer skills and using applications such as Microsoft Office.


Design
We all have a creative side, but sometimes we just don't have the time.
We would love to help you in designing:

Business and event designs
These design services can be performed for a flat fee or at an hourly rate.

Print Design sets are available for:
Letterheads, envelopes and labels
Forms or applications

Print Design set will include:
 - 1 printed sample of each item
 - PDF copies of each (packaged for print)
 - Editable copies of each (preferably in MS Word)
Electronic Design set is available for:
Forms or applications

Electronic Design set will include:
 - One form or application designed via MS Word, MS Excel, or Acrobat
    - MS Access or InfoPath could also be used to centralize results
    - Other formats may also be requested
 - Interactive with dropdowns and/or calculations
Presentation Design set is available for:
PowerPoint (slide show) presentations

Presentation Design set will include:
 - Electronic copy of PowerPoint presentation
   - Other formats may also be requested
 - Optional: transition and animation added upon request
 - Packaged for distribution
Marketing Design sets are available for:
Email blasts
Online event marketing
Online surveys

Marketing Design set will include:
 - Online viewing of design
 - PDF copy

Resume Package
What's included:
 - Chronological or Functional resume

 - Job Search Engines
    1. Assist you with creating or  we will Create online profiles

Training

Whether you are a beginner or need a refresher course, we are here to get you to the next level. Beginners, we want to help alleviate any apprehension you may have about computers.  Daily users, we want to help you enhance your current skill set.

We currently offer training for Microsoft Windows computer skills and Microsoft Office programs.  We are working on a new curriculum where we will be able to offer training in OpenOffice. We have 3 modes of training sessions that you can choose from and we have flexible training rates.

Training Sessions

There are 3 types of sessions that we provide:

  • On-Hands Classroom setting
    • Onsite / Offsite
    • We can provide laptops
  • Workshop (Presentation) setting
    • Onsite / Offsite
  • Mentoring (Tutoring) setting
    • Mentoring is not a structured learning session. The focus of mentoring is to allow you to receive personal attention and to ask direct questions regarding your day-to-day processes while using the computer, MS Office programs, the Internet or email.
    • Only 1 or 2 students
    • We can provide laptops
    • Business office / In-home / Over lunch

Whether you are a small business, non-profit agency, church, entrepreneur, small group or individual, we will work with you to set up an effective learning environment.

Small groups are considered 3 to 6 students.  Invite your family and friends.

Sessions can be all-day, half-day sessions, morning or evening.

How is my Training Rate calculated:
 - Rates vary per entity requesting training.
 - Rates are affected with the  inclusion / exclusion of
   textbooks or hand-outs.
 - Onsite / Offsite location
 - eMYouTech provide laptops

Standard Rates:
 - Classroom setting (10 max students)
    - Hourly Rate $50.00 + Materials per students
 - Workshop setting
    - Hourly Rate $50.00 + Materials per students
    - Flat Fee that includes Materials for students
 - Mentoring setting
    - Hourly Rate $40.00 + Materials per students
    - Flat Fee that includes Materials for students
